Labels

Labels are shared, color-coded tags for cross-cutting themes — "evergreen", "product", "hiring". Unlike states (one per post) and campaigns (one per post, time-boxed), a post can carry any number of labels.

Create labels

Go to Settings → Labels:

  1. Click New label.
  2. Enter a name (unique per workspace), an optional description, and pick a color — Gray, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, or Pink.
  3. Save.

Edit or delete labels from their row in the list; the search box filters by name or description. Deleting a label removes it from all posts but never deletes the posts.

Assign labels to a post

On the post detail page, open Labels in the right-hand property pane. The picker lists every workspace label with a search box — click to toggle labels on and off. Changes save immediately.

Filter by label

In the Posts view, add a Label filter from the filter bar. Label filtering is multi-select and combines with the other filters — State, Campaign, Author, Workflow, and text search — so "everything tagged product still in review" is one filter chip away.
